This training is designed to provide participants with a foundation in basic concepts of gender and equal treatment and opportunities. The training will begin by explaining the differences between the concepts of sex, gender and sexual orientation through dynamics and discussion of how these concepts are associated with unequal and/or discriminatory treatment. Subsequently, we will talk about the social mechanisms that maintain discrimination, as well as the prejudices and gender roles that are set by our environment.

And, in the final module, we will discuss the different types of harassment, as well as the indicators for detecting each of them.
