El establecimiento de una
Comisión de Igualdad es una parte esencial en la elaboración e implantación de un Plan de Igualdad. No sólo porque es un imperativo
legal, sino porque será la encargada de realizar el seguimiento del Plan de Igualdad y de representar los intereses tanto de la organización como de los trabajadores y trabajadoras. Esta formación va dirigida a desarrollar
las habilidades, competencias y conocimientos necesarios para que las personas integrantes de la Comisión sepan realizar sus funciones adecuadamente.
Se realizará un repaso de toda la legislación que está relacionada con la igualdad, específicamente aquella que regula los Planes de Igualdad, tanto a nivel europeo como estatal. Además, mediante metodologías de role-playing y análisis de casos, se instruirá a las personas participantes en las funciones, obligaciones y responsabilidades de la Comisión de Igualdad.

The establishment of an Equality Committee is an essential part of the elaboration and implementation of an Equality Plan. Not only because it is a legal imperative, but also because it will be in charge
of monitoring the Equality Plan and representing the interests of both the organisation and the workers. This training is aimed at developing the skills, competences and knowledge necessary for the members of the Committee to be able
to carry out their functions properly.
A review of all the legislation related to equality, specifically that which regulates Equality Plans, both at European and national level, will be carried out. In addition, by means of role-playing methodologies and case analysis, participants will be instructed in the functions, obligations and responsibilities of the Equality Commission.
